The MSA Jeep HEMI was featured on page 26 of the Oct. 2005 Issue.
This is a one-of-a kind Jeep Wrangler that has been modified by American Expedition Vehicles (AEV) with a 570 HEMI engine.
Does 355 horsepower and 375 lb/ft of torque in a Jeep sound excessive? IT IS! Imagine twice as much power as the stock 4.0L and it's only 57lbs heavier. Dealer serviceable, reliable, and modern, the 5.7 HEMI is a real powerhouse. Combined with the 5-45RFE five speed automatic transmission, the HEMI TJ’s are an absolute blast to drive both during the week and on the weekends.
This Jeep has been internationally recognized and featured in such magazines as: 4Wheel Drive and Sport Utility Magazine, Overlander Magazine, Four Wheeler Magazine, Four Wheel and Off Road, Hungarian 4x4, and many international websites. It has also been shown in several prestigious car and trade shows including: Specialty Equipment Market Association (SEMA), Moab Easter Jeep Safari, and was be displayed at Camp Jeep 2005 in PA.

About American Expedition Vehicles
American Expedition Vehicles (AEV) is a Missoula, Montana based company who's mission is to elevate the Jeep brand image by providing high quality aftermarket Jeep products with attention to detail, thoughtful design, and excellent craftsmanship throughout.
American Expedition Vehicles is the result of a business plan competition sponsored by the University of Montana. In the summer of 1997, founder David Harriton used his Award Winning business plan along with his design and fabrication skills to start AEV. The first product was the Wrangler 112, a 20" stretch Wrangler with world class appointments such as seating by Recaro, differential locks, and an otherwise OE appearance. Soon a smaller 104" wheelbase Wrangler (10"stretch), Cherokee, Grand Cherokee, and SWB Wrangler were added to AEV’s lineup. In order to provide equipment such as bumpers and skid plates, at the same quality level as the rest of the AEV vehicles, it became apparent that AEV would also need to build aftermarket equipment. With such an OEM finish and appeal, AEV quickly came to the attention of designers and engineers at both Jeep and DaimlerChrysler. Today, a very strong relationship with DaimlerChrysler and Jeep engineering is maintained.
